You often hear a candidate won because of a better "ground game". What does than mean? It includes block walking in the days leading up to an election and working outside polling locations. Unless you live "under a rock", you can't help but see the millions of dollars worth of advertising flooding the airwaves prior to elections. This flood of information often overshadows some of the most important "down ballot" races where the candidates don't have the media money. This leave voters uninformed about many local races. This leads to "undervotes" and "if only I had known" comments after the election. We want to coordinate the ground game in Ellis County to better inform voters in many of the critical elections ahead.
